Great location. Lovely staff and very comfortable overall. It was expensive but that is more to do with Rome rather than being overly expensive. I would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Nerva! The property was new, beautifully decorated and in a fantastic location (we are interior designers & always take note of decor). We loved the hotel so much that some family members came down for a few days; the staff kindly put us all on the same floor. The staff were wonderful & treated our little pup like royalty. Will definitely be back every trip to Rome!

I was afraid to travel with my lovely Labrador to a city like Rome but the hotel offered me all what i needed. Thanks a lot to the complete staff. Pitty, I had to go home as I could stay several days longer. Great hotel, located in the middle of the center. I would recommend it to all owners who love their dog and wanne visit Rome.

A Great location and excellent staff. The hotel is located in walking distance to everything you want to see, you cant get a better location and at an affordable price. The hotel is decorated very tastefully, the beds and linens are excellent, and staff is very attentive to your needs and very friendly. We asked for a room upgrade and the owner was so personable he came out to greet us and help us with a beautiful room. I cant really say enough about how perfect our stay was with the Nerva Boutique Hotel, you wont be disappointed.

We cant say enough about the wonderful team at Nerva Boutique Hotel! We had the worst travel experience ever before arriving at the hotel - delays, lost luggage, and a medical emergency - so much so that I broke down in tears of exhaustion and frustration at check-in. Ilaria was so patient and reassuring when I called to let them know we were delayed, and Roberto greeted us with such warmth and compassion, I will never forget his kindness and how safe he made me feel. I am just sorry we didnt get a photo with him. Along with Roberto, the ladies at Nerva made sure we were well taken care of. We loved breakfast each morning with Liuba - she like your favorite Auntie, so full of life and such a great sense of humor. We were pleasantly surprised by our room - a spacious split level unit with a queen bed in the loft and a comfortable sofa-bed on the first floor. The breakfast was delicious - and our kids are very picky eaters. We are sad we had to leave for our cruise. I even looked to see if they had any availability for us to return after our cruise, but alas, they are sold out. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Rome - it was well worth the splurge, in a quiet side street in a cute neighborhood near the Colosseum, and so much more personal than a big hotel. Grazie, Nerva!

This is an amazing little gem of a property. Fantastic location and wonderful, friendly staff! Close to all of the major sights and surrounded by many restaurant choices, the hotel can not be beat. With approximately 20 rooms, the hotel is extremely quiet and charming. There is a small inhouse restaurant that serves lovely breakfasts and little lunches. A full bar is available in the afternoon and evening. The lobby is divided into separate rooms so there is some privacy while socializing and eating. I stayed in two different rooms and both were well-appointed and comfortable. Bottled water, tea and electric kettle made the rooms comfortable. Our second room had a lovely private patio with two separate doors that opened onto the patio. What makes this hotel exceptional is the incredible staff; Charlotte, Ilaria, Roberto and the entire staff are warm, friendly, helpful and happy. I had problems with a suddenly cancelled flight and Charlotte was kind enough to contact ITA Airways for me to address the situation. Can not recommend this property enough! Hope to stay there again in the future.
